Play every whole note, on strings 6, 5 and 4, up to the 12th fret (ascending order):
- E-F-G-A-B-C-D-E (12th Fret).
- A-B-C-D-E-F-G-A (12th Fret).
- D-E-F-G-A-B-C-D (12th Fret).

Play every whole note, on strings 6, 5 and 4, from the 12th fret down to their open note (descending order):
- E (12th Fret)-D-C-B-A-G-F-E.
- A (12th Fret)-G-F-E-D-C-B-A.
- D (12th Fret)-C-B-A-G-F-E-D.

As you play each note, say the name of the note out loud.
