Play every whole note, on strings 3 and 2, up to the 12th fret (ascending order):
- G-A-B-C-D-E-F-G (12th Fret).
- B-C-D-E-F-G-A-B (12th Fret).

Play every whole note, on strings 3 and 2, from the 12th fret down to their open note (descending order):
- G (12th Fret)-F-E-D-C-B-A-G..
- B (12th Fret)-A-G-F-E-D-C-B..

As you play each note, say the name of the note out loud.
